Qualifications and Experience
Ms. Alvarez received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University at Buffalo-School of Architecture and Planning in 2005. In the summer of 2004, as an undergraduate, she studied Sustainable Futures abroad at the Monteverde Institute in Costa Rica. In collaboration with other undergraduates in Landscape Architecture and Community Planning, she learned the importance of sustainable design within the Monteverde community. Her passion for art and functional design has lead to further her professional development and is currently enrolled in the Intern Development Program.
Ms. Alvarez’s role at Hudson Design includes architectural design work, production on construction drawings and 3D renderings. Projects range from whole house renovations, additions, Kitchen & Bath remodeling to new construction. Her distinct eye for color has flourished into the realm of interior design. She has contributed to the selection of color schemes, finishes and products.
Her other interests include photography, painting and creating personalized greeting cards.
